FPA DFW 2010 Scholarship Program
2010 FPA DFW Scholarship Winners Announced
Our Scholarship Committee has developed the following guidelines in establishing a CFP® Certification Merit-Based Scholarship Program for qualified CFP® candidates across the state of Texas.
Recognizing the value this adds to one’s professional development, we encourage financial planning students to immediately pursue the CFP® designation upon graduation from their accredited program.
There are a number of scholarships available, which are categorized into two types:
- Type 1 CFP® Exam Fee Scholarship – $600 value
- Type 2 CFP® Prep Course Scholarship – $1,000 value (max)
But you can’t win if you don’t apply… (and while grades matter, you don’t have to have straight A’s)!!
